Merula Selection Bottle

Varieties
35% Cabernet Sauvignon – 30% Merlot – 25% Cabernet Franc – 5% Malbec – 5 % Sangiovese

Vinification
Separate fermentations in stainless steel tanks at 28°C, separate barrel aging for 18 months in 50/50 used and new French oak barriques, integration of final blend components in stainless steel tanks at 18°C.

Color
Medium-intensity ruby with purple rims and brown flakes.

Aroma
Intense red fruit, hints of blackcurrant and mint, toasted coffee and cinnamon.

Taste
Medium-length, horizontal with an accent in the mid-palate, persistent warm evolution in the mouth.
